PRENATAL, POSTNATAL AND MENOPAUSE - GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Group Personal Training enables woman of all ages, levels of fitness or ability to get fitter and stronger and healthier.
Our groups take no more than 10 women via Zoom. During this time we work with our clients using a variety of styles of training all of which will increase your fitness levels and improve your health and well being and aid pelvic floor recovery.
If you are pre natal this is a great class for you to attend to maintain your fitness fitness safety thorough pregnancy as you move through trimesters, we will help you by modifying sessions for your abilities but importantly getting you birth ready.
If you are postnatal, this class, is the next step on, from our EveryWoman progamme. It will continue help you to strengthen your pelvic floor and core strength, as well as helping you to get fitter, healthier and stronger.
If you are a woman returning to fitness after a long time, this class is also for you. It will ease you back into exercise and help you to tone up, burn fat, and get fit.
If you are woman entering her 3rd age and in menopause or perimenopause the elements of this class that include endurance exercise strength exercise and balance will help you to alleviate the symtpoms that plague women in the 3rd age
The key element in this class that unites the clients who attend is that you work at your pace and that we modify for your needs in every single session.
We are a baby/toddler friendly class and your welcome to little people with them, but we welcome all women of any age to join this class.
This class runs on Mondays 9.30am for 30 mins and Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am for 60 mins, it is inlcuded in all our plans.
