The aim of Ealing Fit Clubs, Run Club, is to help women in Ealing reach their running potential in a women only group running community.
​
We help women in the borough get running by intermixing 0-5k and 5-10k training with running events.
​
Our Couch 2 5k programme runs every September for 12 weeks.
​
If you can already run 5k you can join at anytime.
Run Club is lead by volunteers passionate about running who will help lead you from Couch to 5k or from 5-10k and beyond.
​
We meet once a week on Sunday Mornings in W7.
​
