The aim of Ealing Fit Clubs, Run Club ,is to help women in Ealing reach their running potential in a women only group running community.
We help women in the borough get running by intermixing 0-5k and 5-10k trainingwith running events.
We always aim to have a running event to work towards at the end of every of 6 week programme
The Run Club Coach 2 5k programme will always be free . We don’t want to charge for this training as we women to be able to get running for FREE.
Run Club is lead by volunteers passionate about running who will help lead you from Couch to 5k or from 5-10k and beyond.
We meet 3 times a week, on an evening, morning and weekend run.
Our Couch to 5k programmes run during term times and you must be able to to start at week one to join.
If you can already run 5k wihout stopping you can slot into one of existing run groups
