In Person Classes
We offer two classes which run in the community which you can attend in person.

The classes run on Thursday at 1pm and Fridays at 9.30am and are both located in Northfields W13. Just off Northfields Avenue with street parking available
​
The maximum per class is 10 people again to make teaching personalised.

We offer:
Weights for women on Thursdays
This classes uses a variety of weight training kit from dumbells to kettle bells and the kit and training format changes each week.
​
HIIT training on Fridays.
This class approaches High Intensity Training with a strong focus on speed agility and quickness . Each week is a different format of class.
Both class welcome beginners.
