
International Women's Day is a time to celebrate the incredible achievements of women around the globe. It's also a fantastic opportunity to focus on our own well-being and empower ourselves to be the best versions of ourselves. This year, we're celebrating by offering FREE, live and interactive fitness classes online via Zoom on the 10th and 11th March and in person on 13th and 14th March
That's right – you can join us from the comfort of your own home for a quick and effective 30-minute workout on Zoom or in person in Northfields W13, completely free of charge.
We believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, and what better way to celebrate International Women's Day than by offering a chance to try something new, challenge yourself, and connect with a community of supportive women?
Here's a look at our schedule of FREE classes:
Monday 10th March ( Live on Zoom)
7:30 am: Tri Body – A full-body workout designed to build strength and endurance combing, shadow boxing, weights and cardio.
9:30 am: Resistance – Focus on building muscle and toning your body.
7:00 pm: Let's Bums and Tums – Target those specific areas and feel the burn!
Tuesday 11th March ( Live on Zoom
7:30 am: Fat Burn Burn – Kickstart your day with a high-energy high impact workout.
7:00 pm: Core – Strengthen and stabilise your core
Thursday, 13th March ( In person in Northfields W13)
9.30am: Women with Weights, a Weight based workout
Friday 14th March ( In person in Northfields W13)
9.30am: Speed and Agility HIIT workout
