Partnership Spotlight: Bringing FREE Fitness to Acton Women with Movement on The Mount!

We at Ealing Fit Club have some exciting news! We're joining forces with the fantastic team at Acton West London (AWL) to launch "Movement on The Mount"—a brand new, fully-funded fitness programme designed to help the women of Acton (W3) get active, feel confident, and connect with their community.


For us, fitness is all about accessibility and inclusion. That's why we jumped at the chance to partner with AWL and bring our supportive, motivating classes to St Mary's Church Hall, completely FREE of charge!


Our Mission: Breaking Down Barriers to Movement

We know that starting or returning to fitness can be tough. There are often major hurdles—from the cost of gym memberships and lack of confidence to the sheer difficulty of finding time while balancing work and family responsibilities.


"Movement on The Mount," made possible by funding from Sports England, is designed to smash those barriers. Our classes are specifically tailored to welcome:


  • Beginners and Shy Movers: If you feel intimidated by standard gym environments, we are here for you. Our instructors create a friendly, non-judgmental space.

  • Busy Carers & Mums: We understand the high demands on your time. Prioritizing your own health is vital, and these sessions are your dedicated weekly window to move.

  • Low-Income or Unemployed Women: Quality fitness instruction shouldn't depend on your bank account. These classes are absolutely free.

  • Women Across Generations: Whether you're 15 or 65+, we believe in the power of movement for every age and stage of life.


What to Expect from Ealing Fit Club


When you join us at St Mary's Church Hall starting in November, you'll be taught by the same supportive, expert instructors you know and love from Ealing Fit Club.


Our goal is simple: to make movement fun. We focus on building functional strength, boosting your energy, and raising your confidence through exercises that are adaptable for every ability level. Get ready to move, laugh, and walk away feeling stronger—both physically and mentally!
